The purpose of the development is to provide good quality workspace at a competitive price to encourage small industry both manufacturing and service to establish in Navan.
Currently there are 24 separate tenants in the Centre employing between 200-250 people.
Included is a large packaging company that occupies almost 25% of the overall space and sizeable offices for the Meath County Council and HSE.
There are 31 small units which accommodate a range of small businesses such as a stained glass manufacturer and a pharmaceutical packaging company. While some tenants have moved on and expanded many are still operating from the Centre which is not governed by time restrictions.
A typical unit would be a Manufacturing Space or an Administrative Office.
Hot Desks are also available.
Navan Enterprise Centre is a managed development with a number of services provided centrally. Security, canteen facilities, car parking, cleaning and maintenance, meeting rooms, etc. are provided by the landlord and included in the rent.
It is company policy to provide whatever assistance possible to help projects get established.
The Centre is managed by a Board of Directors drawn from Meath County Council, Navan Town Council, Meath County Enterprise Board and local business.
