Manufacturing Space
Currently about one third of the overall floor area of the Enterprise Centre is used for manufacturing projects. The Centre has attracted manufacturing business because of its:
- very favourable rental terms
- location on the edge of the town
- good access both to the site and the building for trucks and general transport
- plenty of free car parking
- all services such as three phase power, up to date communications and general industrial infrastructure readily available
- access to a well trained workforce
- on-site support where appropriate from the County Enterprise Board and other State Agencies.
- twenty four hours seven day access
- good level of security and a well-lit site at night
- 900 sq. ft. approx
When space is available manufacturing projects can be set up with a minimum of effort and with a maximum of support.
